Our Therapist
SomatoEmotional Release (SER) Therapy
What can this therapy treatment do for me?
CranioSacral therapists are able to detect disturbances in the cranial sacral rhythm to help them identify areas of dysfunction, such as cranial, sutural, membrane and other soft tissue restrictions in the body. Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and its effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
What to expect
Patients are generally fully clothes during the treatments. Using a soft touch, a therapist gently works with the whole body including the spine and the skull, and its cranial sutures, diaphragms and fascia. Practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues throughout the body and that which surrounds the central nervous system. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and its effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
